Privacy Policy
JustMiles is designed so that we cannot see your data. This page explains exactly what that means.
Everything JustMiles records — your drives, routes, vehicles, and reports — is stored on your iPhone and nowhere else. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of it.
This data lives in the app’s local database on your iPhone (and in your device backups, which Apple encrypts and manages under Apple’s privacy policy). It is never sent to us or to anyone else by the app.
Nothing. JustMiles has no account system, no cloud sync, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network calls to our servers — we don’t have servers. Its App Store privacy label reads Data Not Collected.
JustMiles asks for location access (Always, with Precise Location) and Motion & Fitness access so it can detect and record drives automatically. That information is processed by Apple’s frameworks on your device and stored only in the app’s local database. Maps shown in the app and in PDF reports are rendered using Apple Maps under Apple’s privacy practices.
If the app crashes, Apple may share an anonymized crash report with us — only if you opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in iOS Settings; that choice and pipeline are Apple’s. Separately, Settings → Share Diagnostics in JustMiles creates a plain-text file on your device that you can read and choose to send us yourself. Nothing is ever uploaded automatically.
The website you’re reading is static and sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you contact us through the support form, the message you write — your email address, subject, and message text — is sent to our help desk (operated by Freshworks) solely so we can reply to you. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you’re human without tracking you across sites. We keep support conversations only as long as needed to help you, and we never use them for marketing.
JustMiles is rated 4+ but is built for drivers. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone — including children — because the app collects no information at all.
If JustMiles ever changes how it handles data — for example, by adding an optional cloud feature — we will update this policy, change the app’s privacy label, and ask for your consent in the app before anything leaves your device. The current promise stands: your location is nobody’s business, not even ours.
